Clinky AppsTerms of Service

These terms apply to Clinky Bundles and other Shopify apps by Clinky Apps (the "App"). By installing the App you agree to them and to the Shopify Terms of Service.
1. The App
The App lets merchants create bundle deals, discounts and upsells on their Shopify store. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time.
2. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, after any free trial. Development stores can use the App for free. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the App; charges already billed are not refunded except where required by law or by Shopify's policies.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your deals, prices, texts and their compliance with laws that apply to your store (for example consumer protection and pricing rules). Please review your deals before publishing them.
4. Availability
We work to keep the App available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. Discounts are applied by Shopify at checkout; if the App is unavailable, your store keeps working without the deals.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the three months before the claim.
